School Leaving Guidelines

  • • One clear calendar month’s notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of notice must be given before the pupil is withdrawn.
  • • Those who leave school in between sessions must in all cases pay the fees for the month last attended. Transfer Certificate will not be issued until all the dues of the school are settled.
  • • Details to be given for the T. C. Application :
    • o Child’s Name, Class and Section.
    • o Admission No.
    • o Draft is made in the name of Father, specify in case of change.
    • o Supporting documentation stating the reason for the transfer.
    • o The last day / date of the child attending the school.
    • o Parents latest Contact Numbers.
