Student Dispersal (NON – BUS STUDENTS)

• 1. Parents / guardians of students who do not avail school transport should report at the school gate 10 minutes before the school gets over to collect their wards.
• 2. Parents (or whoever is authorised by the parents) have to produce the Escort Card at the school gate to receive their ward, failing which the student will not be handed over to their parents (or who ever is authorised by the parents).
• 3. If due to certain emergencies, a student has to leave the school campus during school hours by his own transport, the following rules have to be observed:
  • Give a written application
  • Produce the Escort Card
  • Sign the School Leaving Register
  • Take a Permission Slip, which has to be shown at the school gate before leaving the campus.
• 4. In case the Escort Card is lost or misplaced the child can be released on the basis of a written application signed by both the parents and approved by the Principal at High School or by the Head of the Junior School.

School Uniform

• As long as a student is on the school roll he / she must always come to school in uniform, even on birthdays.
• No student is allowed to attend any Open House, school function (in or outside the school) in any dress other than the school uniform.
• Nursery, L.K.G and U.K.G students should carry a clean napkin and a mat to school daily.

Important : Please send an extra pair of undergarments and a set of clothes in the child’s bag regularly.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS – UNIFORM FITTING & TAILORING

Skirts, Shorts and Trousers should be worn above the waist. Students wearing skirts, shorts and trousers below the waist line will be send back home.

SUMMER (BOYS)

Half sleeved shirt (with pocket & school monogram), shorts (cross pocket & not more than one inch above knee level for class NURSERY- IV)/full length white trousers(cross-pocket) for students of classes IV- VII, White socks (with green band), School Belt (with School Monogram), White Handkerchief.

WINTER (BOYS)

Full sleeved shirt (with pocket & school monogram), full length trousers (cross-pocket) for students of classes NURSERY – VIII, Blazer with school monogram & school metal buttons, White socks (knee level), School belt (with school Monogram), School tie, White Handkerchief.

SUMMER (GIRLS)

Half-sleeved shirt (with pocket & school monogram), Skirt (not more than one inch above knee level) divided skirts only for class V upwards White socks, School Belt (School monogram), White Handkerchief. Half-sleeved shirt (with pocket & school monogram), Skirt (not more than one inch above knee level) divided skirts only for class V upwards, White socks, School Belt (School monogram), Black Sports Shoes. White hair band and White Handkerchief, white tights / bloomers.

WINTER (GIRLS)

White full sleeved shirt (with pocket & school monogram), Divided skirts only for class V upwards white socks with green band (knee level), Green ‘V’ neck full sleeved / sleeveless sweater, School blazer (with school monogram and school metal buttons), Tie, Black Shoes, White Hair Band and White Handkerchief. Black tights / bloomers.
